I was given the amazing opportunity to design and illustrate a gallery experience toolkit for Art Doctors, an arts organisation based in Leeds. The Art Doctors aim to playfully break down barriers to participation in contemporary art, and to explore the positive role of creativity in all our lives.
The idea is to use this toolkit of activities to make your art gallery experience more relaxing, fun, and engaging. Most importantly, it's to help break down barriers of social accessibility within traditional art museums – a subject I'm very passionate about. It was displayed, along with some large versions, at their exhibition "Who's Afraid Of Contemporary Art?" at Leeds Kirkgate Market. You can download your own free version from their website.
It is currently a part of the Arts Council Collection for Engagement.
